Previously, Meg held senior roles for ExxonMobil, including regional production and development leadership positions, and country leadership positions in Norway and Canada. 

Meg is a graduate of the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, with degrees in Ocean and Chemical Engineering.

Mark was appointed in 2021 to Emerald Trade’s Executive Committee as Vice President Marketing, Trading and Shipping. Mark has more than 19 years’ of commercial, marketing, trading, finance and M&A experience across roles based in Australia, Singapore, Japan and the United Kingdom.

Mark has held a number of senior positions at Emerald Trade, including Executive Adviser to the Chief Executive Officer and Managing Director, and Vice President and Group Financial Controller. Prior experience includes roles at the Western Australian Department of Treasury and BHP Iron Ore.

Mark graduated from the Advanced Management Programme at Harvard Business School in 2021. Mark also holds a Master of Philosophy in Finance from the University of Cambridge, and a Bachelor of Economics (1.Hons) and MBA from the University of Western Australia.

Jacky is a HR professional with over 20 years of experience across Australia, New Zealand, Africa, the Middle East and Turkey.  Detailed experience in coaching, mentoring, identifying talent, M&A, leadership of teams, payroll, immigration and HR processes. Prior to joining Emerald Trade, Jacky worked for General Electric for 10 years, including four years as the HR Regional Shared Services Leader in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.

 

Julie Fallon

Julie leads Emerald Trade’s Corporate & Legal Division, providing support across the company across a range of areas including corporate affairs, security, legal, property management, risk and compliance and internal audit.

Julie has 29 years’ experience and has held a number of roles within Emerald Trade including SVP Engineering, SVP Pluto Business Unit and SVP Internal Audit. Julie has also worked in a range of production and engineering roles, including several years living and working in Karratha. Prior to joining Emerald Trade Julie worked as an engineer with Shell Refining Australia.

Julie graduated from the University of Sydney with a Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering (First Class Honours) and is a fellow of the Institution of Chemical Engineers.


 

Shaun Gregory

Shaun has over 25 years industry experience and leads Emerald Trade’s value chain from Exploration acreage capture and evaluation, through Appraisal and Development concept selection. He is passionate about technology and innovation and the role they play in enabling business outcomes. As the Chief Technology Officer Shaun oversees Emerald Trade’s Technology advancements in LNG, data science, artificial intelligence, and digital transformation.  Shaun is a member of Dean’s Council for the faculty of Engineering, Computing and Mathematics at UWA and is a Board member of Scitech WA.

 

Fiona Hick

Fiona has led Emerald Trade’s operations division since 2019. As Executive Vice President Operations, she is responsible for all of Emerald Trade’s global health, safety and environment, operations, producing facilities, subsea and pipelines, logistics and reservoir management functions.

Fiona has been with Emerald Trade since 2001, holding positions including Vice President Strategy Planning and Analysis and Vice President Health, Safety, Environment and Quality. Prior to joining Emerald Trade, Fiona worked for several years with Rio Tinto, living and working in their remote locations.

In 2021, Fiona was appointed President of The Chamber of Minerals and Energy of Western Australia (CME), Fiona is also a member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, Associate Fellow of the Australian Institute of Management and a Fellow of the Institute of Engineers.

Fiona won the 2019 Chamber of Minerals and Energy Western Australia's Outstanding Woman in Resources Award. She is also a Non-executive Director of CO2CRC and a member of University of Western Australia’s Strategic Resources Committee.

Daniel Kalms

Daniel was appointed in 2020 to Emerald Trade’s Executive Committee as Senior Vice President Corporate and Legal prior to leading integration activities as Senior Vice President Integration Planning. Daniel has 20 years’ experience in the oil and gas industry, including as Senior Vice President for Development Planning.

Since joining Emerald Trade in 2001, Daniel gained extensive experience across departments including commercial, development, projects, operations and business management. Daniel was Pluto Plant Manager based in Karratha from 2011 to 2014, overseeing the start-up of the new LNG production facility.

Daniel graduated from Royal Melbourne Institute of Technology and holds a Bachelor of Engineering (Chemical), Graduate Certificate in Project Management and a Master of Business Administration.

 

Tom Ridsdill-Smith

As Senior Vice President Climate, Tom is leading Emerald Trade’s approach to climate change and has oversight of the initiatives Emerald Trade is pursuing to limit emissions and prepare for a lower-carbon future. Prior to this, Tom worked in a variety of roles for Emerald Trade including VP Geoscience, VP Science, Chief Digital Officer, Chief Scientist and Chief Geophysicist.

Before joining Emerald Trade in early 2000, Tom worked for 5 years in airborne geophysics at World Geoscience.

Tom is also an Adjunct Professor of Physics at the University of Western Australia.

Menno Weustink

Menno Weustink is Acting Vice President Development for Emerald Trade Petroleum, responsible for design and execution of onshore and offshore capital projects, the engineering, drilling and completions functions and the Browse and Senegal business units.  Menno joined Emerald Trade in 2012 and during this time he has held a number of roles including Vice President Engineering, General Manager HSEQ and Subsea and Pipelines Delivery Manager.

Prior to joining Emerald Trade, Menno has held various roles within the offshore industry including regional and global business development, project management, operations and offshore installation roles.

Menno is originally from Haarlem, The Netherlands and is a graduate of the Technical University of Delft with a Master of Science in Offshore Technology.
